      @yojabbajabba Great info. Did some research based on what you wrote. Yeah, Epix 2 looks incredible.

      How about a smart daily watch that isn't part of Apple ecosystem. Long term Samsung tragic here.

        Yeah, unsure what to point towards. I have a Fenix 6X and am training for a marathon, so the watch serves a lot of health (sleep, stress and body battery) and training (Garmin Coach Hr training plan) needs. I’ve turned off all notifications passed through my phone (calls, texts, apps etc).
        The Garmin watch does something my iPhone can’t do - track data and provide live feedback during my runs. That’s why I wear the watch. For all the phone stuff (and it’s smarts) I leave the phone to serve those needs.
