Are you looking for the freshest, most delicious mussels in Australia? Our blue mussels are grown in sustainable aquaculture farms in the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria.

Blue mussels have a distinctly rich, sweet taste, similar to a blend of oysters and clams, despite being smaller than green-lipped mussels. The ideal way to prepare these mussels is to steam them in water, wine, or cream broth with herbs and garlic. Mussel meats could be served cold and mildly marinated in mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic sauce, or cooked mussel meats could be used in pasta salads or served as an appetizer. Mussels are also delicious in seafood soups and stews like cioppino and bouillabaisse, among other dishes. For more ideas on how to cook mussels see our Mussel Recipes.

Wild Chilean Cooked Snow Crab Legs per 1kg Cluster (Frozen) $15.95/kg
https://fishme.com.au/products/wild-chilean-cluster-cooked-s…

Snow crab is a deepwater crab found in the waters of South America's southernmost regions. Our snow crabs are sourced from Chile and packed under Chile's best-known brand in the seafood industry. The shell of the Chilean snow crab is orange to brown with a somewhat hairy surface. The flesh is white with an orange membrane and is hand-picked. The flavour is light, briny, and juicy, and the texture is smooth.

Snow Crab is high in protein, which is essential for muscle growth and maintenance. It's also packed with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, and selenium. These nutrients are essential for boosting overall health and preventing a number of chronic diseases. For ideas on how to cook crabs see our Crab Recipes.

Don't forget to buy 1 lemon for the $99 deal to ensure you qualify for the $10 off (minimum $100).

    Is this a good deal?

        Can't you eat seafood?

          • @afoveht: If it makes you feel any better, eating mussels is actually quite ethical - too primitive to really feel pain, no issues with supply, and they remove carbon from the water to store in their shells.

@afoveht: I upvoted this fellow because he’s allowed opinions even if it’s differing to my own.

                @afoveht: Found the vegan!!!!!

              • @afoveht: God gave me canines, by God I will use them on meat

                • @krisspy: Your avatar's canines are bigger (and hippos' even more so) yet they only eat plants. By your own logic your god sure is wasteful and out of touch.

                  • @afoveht: Maybe, maybe not. But he also gave free will to eat whatever the (profanity) I want without thinking nor caring about consequences lol

It's ok not to be a soyboy

                    • @krisspy: No actually. Leviticus is pretty strict about what can and can't be eaten. Genesis 1-3 calls Adam to be a steward of the earth. A 2 second google also shows otherwise.

You ain't got god on your side, you're just a dunce.

                      • @afoveht: Did you actually read it rofl.

"and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

                        pulls out fish fingers

                        Checkmate match soyboy

              • @afoveht: If humans don't eat them, they are going to be eaten by other sea creatures anyways. I would assume they would experience a much more brutal death than to be eaten by humans.

                • @DanielYuuuu: Predation rates, particularly for aquatic animals, are hard to find and vary over time (usually cyclically). One thing is sure: the "predation" rates of animals in agriculture is 100%.

You think a chance of natural predation is more brutal than being bred into existence for lifelong confinement and a guaranteed death? When did you start caring?

                  • @afoveht: Vegan hysterics aside, folks should enjoy them while you can. The vast locast like fleets of chinese fishing boats in their thousands pillaging all and any waters for domestic consumption are a far more fatal concern than regulated industry or consumption here. The extent our waters are impacted is anyones guess.

      • That'll teach them to exist!

    Any suggestions for melbourne?

Go down to Chelsea and catch your own

  • Spent $80 on crab for midweek melbourne money. This is a great deal if you can get it delivered.

    • Yeah I don't know how they do these prices but I'm happy to eat it ☺️

      • As long as its fresh

        • Yeah it's more fresh than Sydney fish market somehow

  • Where did the rock lobster go in the $99 platter? Is it included?

    • Includes
      1 1-2kg lobster
      3 Moreton Bay bugs 1kg
      1kg Prawns

  • cries in Canberran

  • How are the Cooked Snow Crab Legs compared to Alaskan crab legs? They look quite similar

    • Snow crab legs are thinner and easier to handle and the skin is not as hard to get through. I would say it's even better! The price is cheap as it's from Chile Frozen stock
