Please put the price in the title… What you have written there is confusing and unclear.

  • One x 8" x 10" Print of your favourite shot of the Day to take home
One x Digital Print on a Disc so you can share it with the whole family
Plus enjoy a $200 Voucher to use against any Digital Prints Package

You wont end up getting much back, having to buy them back on top of the $29 fee - $200 credit
    (however much thats worth).

  • Also put "Sydney" in there !

OH PLEASE!??? who in there right mind would pay 1100? really want to neg on principal - and you havent listed the package prices… so what people would normally pay 1100 for the sitting then hundreds ontop of that in photos?

the ORRP seems to be borderline scamming!

    • Yea, but it seems like a decent price.

Complete BS pricing. $1100 to $29 is not a 74% discount. Original value works out to be around $110 instead.

OMFG, just realized its a typo,

      74% of $110

      THAT makes more sense

Edit: seems like deals.com made the same mistake, "Studio Olympia" may have done the right thing.

    • "There is not really any skill involved in the photography part"

      Oh really now.

      Ok, Jumpo you photographer expert..
I bet you wouldn't know the first thing about photography, shutter speed, aperture or iso. photography is more about the correct lighting, framing and post editing than the camera the photo was taken from.

      • +1

        he/she's probs on auto mode.

      • Good photographers don't need post editing….

        • true , but thats not the point.

    • again, think it was supposed to be $110

      Jumpo - you are right.

buy a DSLR and youtube some "how to take portrait photographs" and you are on your way.

They are gonna give you one photo free after three hours session and push you to buy more for rip off prices. I hate all these photo studios.

    • Here is your free photo (the one that we chose, worst photo ever with your eyes closed and your girlfriends boogers showing above her cracked hairy teeth).

Buuut, here are the good photos that you can buy for $200 each, minimum 10. And if you don;t buy any we are going to put them on Facehook and bag you out.. hahahahahahah (and fly off into the dark)

      • "cracked hairy teeth" wtfamireading.com

  • my gf was once given a photo session vouchure worth $300, that includes makes etc.. but it did not include photo. after completion we were offer the print out of the portrait, mimimum cost was $250, we ask for the digital copy but they said they own it. so in the end, spend extra $250 which the vourchure did not even cover, felt it was the biggest rip off scam

did u expect them to do makeup/photograhy/processing for free?

    • +1

Well maybe you should have researched it first.

    • Lol, dont you have a right to any image of yourself?

I swear there is a form you can fill out and send them. :>

      • No - all you can do is refuse them the right to use your image assuming you did not give it when you signed some apparently insignificant piece of paper before the shooting session.

        • does australia not have a data-protection act like britain? I thought we could request any information about ourselves, that includes an image.

This is also available in Melbourne. Not a big fan when you do not know the price. You get pretty much 1 photo for a 3 hour session and then can buy the other photos when you want them. I have no doubt that the photos are fantastic and can't be produced with your consumer SLR at home but I do not see a deal here when there is no price to it.

All what I see is 29$ for 1 professional photo. It is a ok price for a professional picture … but not when you need to spend 3 hours for this.

As I do not see the prices for the prints packages in the deal, nor on the website I will neg this "deal". It might be a deal … but I would remove this as there is no price!

  • these deals are for fools! im laughing at whoever brought one.
