$50 Each for Referrer & Referee for Opening Orange Everyday + Savings Maximiser Accounts @ ING

150

Seems the $50 reward for Referrer & Referee is back and I am unsure if it is targeted.

The email states to invite your friends etc by 31 May 2022. Your unique code will be in the email sent out by ING

Steps required to redeem cashback

  1. Go to ing.com.au/everyday, open a new Orange Everyday and enter (Your code) in the promo box at the end of the online form - this part's really important otherwise neither of you will get your reward!
  2. Deposit $1,000+ (such as their pay) from an external source into their new Orange Everyday account within any calendar month.
  3. Open a Savings Maximiser (if they don't already have one) and make a deposit into this account.
  4. Make 5+ settled (not pending) purchases using their new Orange Everyday card within any calendar month.

Once a friend completes the required steps, you'll both receive your reward. But tell them to be quick - they've only got until 31 May 2022 to complete all steps!

Your are ineligible to receive this referral bonus if you have previously opened an Orange Everyday account at any point since 1 July 2014 (even if the account has now been closed).

T&Cs can be found here

Clearly other people have other offers with different expiry dates and different amounts, I am just going off the expiry date and amounts from past deals posted on ozbargain (which from what I can see are now all expired) as I do not have access to your emails

  • My first thought are getting this email was damn it used to be $100…

  • Still $100 when I received my referral email though, ending on 30/04.

  • I just got a referral code for $100 and it says "you have to complete all the steps by 31 May"

Email says "ING is Australia's most recommended bank.

So if you've got friends yet to discover ING's great value, send them our way and you could bank a $100 reward - each!"

  • There is still $100 valid til end of April that’s what my email is

  • I've just left ING after using them for 7 years - primarily due to the mobile app, which has essentially remained unchanged and unimproved in that time, and due to the $1,000 daily limit on Osko (instant) bank transfers that can't be increased.

Trying to transfer more than $1,000 will result in the payment being sent via the slower system that can take 2-3 days, and its just not good enough when most other banks do not have this policy.

    • +3

May I ask who you went with and for what reason?

I'm only keeping ING for free ATM overseas

    • Which banks don't have the $1000 daily limit policy? I thought it was only NAB with $20,000 above average limit?

  • Yep I have the $100 referral email as well, not $50

  • Referral code not working. What I'm gonna do?

  • If I make a $1000 deposit to my orange everyday, do I have to transfer that whole amount to my savings maximiser? Or can I just transfer a small amount and then transfer it out straight away?

    • +1

$1000 into the orange everyday account and then out again is what I do and it works fine.

      • Great thanks for confirming

  • This is bulldust. I did all the steps but the card won't arrive in time for end of April.

Westpac had a digital card, when I joined westpac I got a card which I could tap straight away.

Stupid, so instead of April promo $100, I might get $50 by end of May, or maybe $0 because my referrers email was for $100.

  • Just got an email saying that the deadline for referees to meet criteria for the $50 each is 30 June - not sure if targeted

    • Same

  • Got this email today.
