    I've just ordered two 500g bags.

    Want to try different flavours as I always order Sumatra.

    What would be the best way to store the open bags?

      Thanks so much for your order. Reseal the bags using the sealing zip and store them in a cool dry and dark place.
      A cupboard that doesn’t get Sun will be perfect 👍🏼

      $8 shipping for that Sicilia 1kg. So, $24.9/kg but you'd have to drink a medium-dark roast…

      I'd highly recommend Sicilia 1kg mixed medium-roast sampler (4x250g) for $28.9 delivered.

      Airjo wins at freshness and postage speed though.

    For those that like a stronger, darker coffee (with milk), I'm currently drinking the Stargazer blend and quite liking it.

      I recommend Twilight, Pegasus or Saratoga which sit at our lighter/Medium roast levels.

      Hope that helps and hopefully some others here can offer their recommendations.

          I would try the Pegasus TEERX. You should hit a little fruitiness with the espresso and it will still work brilliantly with milk.

        Their decaf is great, nice tasting, doesn’t have that aftertaste that some decafs do. I do tend to use a bit more in the plunger than I do their Sumatra, but otherwise, happy as!

    Thanks LEGEND! Just placed my 4th order with AIRJO, can't get enough. Tried a different blend every time; first was Thunderchild, next was Sumatra, then I tried Stargazer and this time I'm ordering Enterprise - first time getting 1kg! All have been great, no doubt this will be good for my filter machined long blacks. If you haven't ordered from AIRJO yet, get on it! 30% off with free express post, too good!!!

    P.S. Question - If I want a bigger caffeine hit, should I just double the scoop into my machine? Not sure if it might affect the end product i.e. taste or whatnot due to the water having to filter through more grounds (coffee noob).
