    Guys, please note we identified an issue with The Iconic earlier today where sales don't appear to be reporting through to us. This has already been flagged with The Iconic. At this stage we're unsure if reporting is simply delayed or not, and being a long weekend it may take a while to know more. I will however try to keep you posted if and when I hear more. In the meantime, please have a wonderful Easter.

  • Does this work with the 20% off selected items at checkout promo that THE ICONIC have on.

  • My initial order didn't seem to track, I had an agent cancel it and placed the order again, only to realise it didn't track again. Cancelled it once more.

    So there's really no way to find out it's been tracked?

    • It does take up to seven days before it gets tracked as per the CR website …

      • Usually I get an email within the half an hour to confirm its been tracked

          Please see my comment up the very top. There appears to be issues with The Iconic reporting sales today. If you don't need to buy, I suggest maybe holding off for the next sale. Not ideal, but there's really not much we can do at this stage until The Iconic advises us what the issue is, and indeed if the transactions are captured at their end or lost. Sincere apologies.

              @West991: 100%. Best case here is that sales will eventually report to members if it's simply a delay. Worst case, we'll be sending out emails to our members with next steps. Either way, we'll take care of it. Unfortunately s**t like this happens at times. All I can do is apologise and wish you and your loved ones a happy Easter :)

  • It's really weird. I ordered about an hour ago (hasn't tracked), but I received an email from Shopback saying my latest transaction (tonight) had tracked. I haven't even visited Shopback since 9 April (when I placed an order with them), and my CR click history shows it went directly from CR to ordering tonight. I'm hoping that it will be attributed to CashRewards because it's already 'processing with partner'.

    Oddly enough, I have had several Shopback cashbacks rejected despite going directly from their site to the merchant, adding an item and checking out. It can't track across two minutes and a single site, but it can track six days, an original order and hundreds of websites later.
