    I already own this app, bought it instead of finally cut pro. For personal editing it ticks all the box’s. Highly recommend it at $60, so at half price … it’s an OzBargin IMHO. Got get yourself a deal.

          Correct. And on an Apple Silicon mac you can run LumaFusion (the iPad version) direct on MacOS via the App Store.

        iMovie has had great updates in version 3. I bought LumaFusion a couple if months ago as iMovie was too basic. I can see myself going back to it thought as LM has a bit of a learning curve and i only make simple family videos.

      IAP is for templates, theme & music. For what I use LumaFusion for there is a good enough subset included.

      LumaFusion does offer some In-App purchases:
      - Storyblocks for LumaFusion: this is a subscription based royalty free media asset library
      - Frame.io integration for users of that video collaboration platform
      - FCPXML export for users who want to start editing on LumaFusion then transfer their project to Final Cut Pro to finish
