Thats not good. I did an Osko deposit which took about over a day to show in my acct.

Mine has been credited today. The ticket support person said it will be added in next 1-2 days but in the end took a few extra hours

I got the bitcoin as well. However, I didnt need to make a purchase. I just logged in today and noticed it was credited on 27 April.
