Received an email this morning and there's a private sale on now for Accor Hotels in Australia - bookings need to be made through the following link for the prices to appear:

Not every hotel is participating but there seems to be a decent selection at good prices.

The T&C's are:

The 40% discount is only valid in participating hotels.

  pretty lame attempt on discount. None of hotels in sydney CBD is particapting on 18th or 19th May. So what's the point of the sales.

  I heartily recommend the Pullman Reef Hotel, Cairns, if anyone is considering a weekend break there.

  OzBargain people will like the really tasty, large full breakfasts at the casino's cafe (if you are a late riser) or the dinners which are on until midnight or 1AM, depending on the day.

  Prices vary and it looks like the Pullman Cairns can be had for only $125/night which is less than what we paid a few weeks ago (and booked on the 40-50% off sale last posted here).

  I picked up an ozbargain on the meelec headphones that weekend, using the free internet of the hotel Also free half decent coffees there all the time too, plus the Platinum VERY late checkout and room upgrade and free drinks benefits.

  Lovely rooms, great service, plus tons of bargain inclusions if you're Plat, so I highly recommend this.
  Just be smart and avoid JetStar Intl flights (e.g. SYD-CNS) and thank me later!
