I have a section for rewards and offer on my Westpac app that I just joined with them a few days ago. On rewards and offers sections it says “you have no rewards and offers displayed at this time”

This is the same question you just asked. This offer is only for credit card holders. If you want rewards (which are targeted), you have to have a credit card with them.
You'll get rubbish offers with debit card. Credit card typically gives better offers (from personal experience)
The Commonwealth Bank debit card has good offers eg. $10 off $100 spend at Myer.

@zzyss: Are you sure you're not getting confused with Myer? I worked for David Jones from 2010 to 2018 and they've never sold iTunes gift cards, unlike Myer.

@HereToSave: I know that they sell the Coles Myer Group GC and you can use it at Coles, Liquorland, Shell, and more. Some sales points may not have it and could need to find bigger ones/ customer service hubs.
