On sale at Harvey Norman and looks like Amazon has price matched it, but Amazon has free shipping.

I believe this is the lowest this game has been since release, not sure how long the sale will last.

No physical discs, should be just a code inside a box. So you won't get the game instantly like buying from steam, still need to wait for it to be delivered/picked up.

UPDATE: Looks like Amazon price is back to $99, Harvey Norman is still showing $44.

      I loved Age of Mythology but not AoE III. Yet to try AoE IV but i think I'll like it.

        AoE III DE is pleasantly a good surprise for me. Am playing that atm.

        Yes very different compared to rest of the age series (am a AoM fanatic too) but definitely give it another shot!

        Yeah, didn't enjoy III but IV was actually really good, haven't had the time to play multilayer yet.

      It's pretty bad. I even think about this with Switch games where a physical cartridge is provided. The plastic box is huge compared to the tiny cartridge. Just a code is even more of a waste.

        The environmentalist part of me agrees re:Switch games, but the console fan in me loves seeing my collection of Switch games on the shelf even though I keep all the cartridges in a smaller organiser.

          Ah that's cool. I hate boxes, to me they're just clutter so easy decision to get rid of em. Surely they could do smaller boxes rather than old DVD sized ones so you could display a collection but in a smaller format. Or is that not as satisfying?

            @Xastros: I would be totally fine with smaller boxes, like DS/3DS and PSVita/PSP all had shorter/smaller boxes, all the box need is to fit the cartridge and its not like manuals are included now-days.

    The Amazon price is $99 when adding to cart now, while the listing page is still saying $44, so I guess listing page may be out of date and not yet refresh to $99. Kind of strange they don't put it back to their previous RRP assuming it wasn't previously $99.

    Great game. Been playing last 4months, has lots of options ranked, story mode, mutliplayer, 100s of mods, maps from the community.

    Esports tournaments are great, like watching your fav sports teams
