    • If you have multiple tabs loading that same page I think it stuffs the authentication. When you get one to load the button, don't load anymore

    Don't give up. I literally just got both Kayo and Binge just a few minutes ago.

    Here's what I did for each:

    1 keep one tab open only (on desktop)
    2 keep refreshing the mobile verification page, but stop when you see the button to proceed appear
    3 click on that button once, and wait till the circle stops
    * if you see the auth0 error, immediately repeat from step 2.

  • I think it's proper cooked now, voucher not getting accepted anymore and I had it accepted about 30 times (just got stuck on the same phone verification as many people)

    GOT IT! Finally. Had about 10 tabs open spamming f5 to defeat the auth error and spinning wheel. Keep trying!

    edit: wtf. I got a successful message, but my account is still inactive. Binge worked. Keep trying I guess

    • try sign out and then sign back in again, i had success but it was still showing get full access, signed out and in again and now its showing everything

      • Hmm, I just did the voucher again and it worked this time. Now it's letting me create a profile, although errors out at that point saying rate limit 429 reached but at least it is active.

    Binge worked but getting Code Error on Kayo

  • I receive the 6 digit verification code to my phone, but it keeps saying code is incorrect or expired when I enter it….

    Any idea?

    If i keep refreshing on the verify phone number page, a few times it has redirected me to my profile page. So no idea if it has been successful.

      Yeah it worked for me, but I got in early.

      • how do you check that it went through, feel like i got it for binge since it says i have a current promotion but can't confirm :(

    • Just tried accessing the Kayo account section (am an active paying subscriber) and can't get through.

      • same - if you already have an account you have no hope … on the flip side see if you can grab a kids / friends mobile and start with a new email. Ive done that twice for the authentication.
