  1. Book using referral code on TheFork website
  2. Book using the app with APP22
  3. Book with any bonus codes subsequently, such as this one
You can use these bonus codes to book for any date – the reservation doesn't have to be within the promotional period.

Terms & Conditions

  • Users must make a booking using TheFork between Wednesday 4 and Friday 6 May 2022, inclusive, to be eligible for 500 Yums.
  • Users must make a valid restaurant booking on TheFork app or website with the promotional code DOUBLEDIP entered into the promotional code field at the time of booking in order to receive 500 Yums.
  • Please note that this bonus offer gives you 500 Yums rather than the standard number of points you receive in a regular booking.
  • 3 days after your meal, you’ll see your Yums balance topped up.
  • If the booking is cancelled or no-showed, the bonus points offer does not apply.
  • Each user can only use the promo code once and it is not transferable.

  • I have given up to argue with the Fork. It was good when it was called Dimmi and I got some really good rewards out of it. Everything was well tracked and rewards used to work. I tried it on different occasions in Adelaide on accepted venues but didn’t get bonus points I was eligible for. Avoid stress and hassle and just book the old way.

I have literally never encountered any issues with booking via TheFork. Every restaurant has had my booking and my Yums have always added 3 days later. TheFork loyalty scheme is better, in fact, as I don't have to leave a review to get the points.

      • Good for you. I have had other experiences in SA, Adelaide region.

Par for the course in Adelaide ;)

p.s. You don't need to comment on every TheFork post. Maybe unsubscribe from the store since you're so hot and bothered by it.

@itsfree: I have never had any issues with The Fork either. Bonus points always given. Even when my Yums expired because I forgot, I reach out to them on Live Chat and they’re always happy to give them back to me.

@BargainShopaholic: Yep. Customer service has always accommodated me without question, going above and beyond. And they're very prompt too.

If only more restaurants were on board The Fork!

  • I have not had any problems with bookings or getting the yum points for bookings in QLD.

    Very limited choice though :/

  • Anyone know the 50% off festival? Some have set menu, some have deals and some are blank which say nothing but set menus and drinks not applied.

Does that mean 50% off the menu? But set menus etc

    • If you open the restaurant page, it usually tells you what the discount covers.

      • It just says the last bit, a few Restaurants are like this.

        I assume it's just 50% off food.

        • So if you hit "Read more" it shows you the fine print.

          • @itsfree: Yeah thats what I was doing, because most have more details I thought it was an error but I guess its just 50% off all food which is better! Tanks

  • I've had problems with bookings.
Sometimes the restaurant looks at you oddly and don't even know they are signed up to using Yums.
Other times I have not been credited points for being a 'no show's when I in fact dined there.
In saying that I have issues with other booking sites.
Dimmi failed to confirm a booking for mother's Day one year.
A restaurant cancelled a booking booked weeks in advance because December was a busy period and did not want to honour their promo.

    • I always take the receipt in case of an erroneous no-show. But it's never happened to me. When I show up, I always mention I booked using TheFork.

Sometimes the restaurant looks at you oddly and don't even know they are signed up to using Yums.

Yes, this has happened to me a couple of times. They still end up honouring it though.

  • we've lost total 5850 points during the covid lock down where it is almost impossible to find a restaurant near to redeem them. just had to give up searching then points expired. so contacted the fork and not willing to restate points as they claim we need to bear some responsibilty during those difficult period. for some restaurant even just to operate.

they won't do you any favour. don't forget to use them when easy to redeem

    • wow thats a poor show on the fork's behalf. Have some points expiring so will be sure to use them asap… :/

      • I lost 6000 points during the covid period. I haven’t contacted them yet but was hoping they’ll be able to reinstate some or all of the lost points!

I booked whatever is available and cancelled the reservation, from memory the points get 90 days expiry when they are added back

      • It says if you cancel the booking, the points won't be added. i'm sure I read that in the T&C that came up.

        • it does
