I've already had a hole in the pocket, should buy more?

Damn - bought one in that last deal.

    • why “damn” 🤔

      • +2

I paid $99 at Total Tools.
        I failed as an Ozbargainer.

Paid $99 at Bunnings Bendigo today - 2nd last one, on the clearance shelf.

Was on the clearance rack at Moorabbin last week for $99, also the same price on Total Tools website at the time.

The jig is up, this product is discontinued, but still useful none the less.

I briefly contemplated getting one at $99 and then remembered that I can’t actually afford timber at the current prices…

        • I am shocked at how high prices have gone. I used to also buy lots of pine for stuff around the house and it's just crazy for the last year.

  • Bull dust. Bought one for $99 a few weeks ago. #ragret

    • +1

Buy another one then return it with the old receipt.

      • Not Bunnings. Dunno if total tools would fall for that trick.

        • Doesn't matter if it's exactly the same product.

    • +1

      No ragrets

  • Oh man, time to upgrade my mini to this one.

  • These are awesome for the diy carpenter with limited skills and time.

these are awesome for the diy carpenter. period. not necceary with limited skills and time; even the pro use them too.

    • +2

These are awesome for carpenters with loads of skills as well XP

I picked one up at my local bunnings (Narrabeen) for 30 bucks. It was at the clearance stand so might not be any left. Proof

    • Nice buy!

    • Noice. They couldn't even flog it off for $50 there :P

      • +1

I reckon at 50 bucks it was already over priced.

    • 👍Thumbs up for the proof! 👍
If you cannot prove it, it didn't happen.

  • Anyone got a I/N from Bunnings for it - to check for stock on PowerPass app?

I/N would be also be listed on receipt of those who had previously bought it at Bunnings?

Not sure if clearance stock show up in powerpass?

      • The stock should show but prices aren’t always correct if it’s a managers special.

      • that's a different item. it's actually 0202864

  • No bargain, but I bought the "Kreg KWS1000 - Mobile Project Center" with an extra clamp and sawhorse last year and it has been a great portable work table. There is plenty of cheaper options, but the Kreg unit is super stable, easy to use and quick to set up/pack down.

    • +1

Man, the KWS1000 is $370, and is a workbench. This K4 is $79 and is a jig. Not even comparable, and this is a bargain compared to its old price ($180), and even when compared to its recent sale price ($99).

  • I wanted to get the $99 deal from a couple of weeks ago, but forgot to order. Now I have inspiration to go down to my bunnings to see if they have them on clearance.

    • PowerPass shows no stock at Springfield

  • Grabbed last one at Altona, $49

  • Bought this a couple of years back. Quite nice. Only used it on one project so far though but worth the cost

  • Dang this is tempting but I have the 320 which I just bought a few months ago and can't really justify it!

  • 6 left at mine, that’s because they’re still $99

    $40 at my local:

    • woow thats definitely the greatest bargain ever

    • Thanks for the receipt. Got Bunnings Cockburn, WA to match $40. Still 3 left on the bottom shelf if anyone is keen.

    • Thanks for posting this, Nunawading refused to price match but while in Geelong I had Waurn Ponds price match this. Still around 10 left at time of purchase.

  • Some stores still have plenty of stock of these at $99. How much individual stores discount clearance items seems to be a lottery. I was lucky to purchase one for $99.

  • Thanks OP. Bought the last one at my local for $50.
I saw a few marked at $99 last week and I passed at that price, I was not strong enough to resist at $50.
