    • Exactly.
"Not sure how long it will last".
      A while…

  • Still $399 at Kogan or Kogan member for $395.

    • Sold by VChain Global ECommerce? Australian stock?

    • Kogan isn't local stock right?

How can you have had these for years? They launched less than a year ago. September 2021.

Sorry my bad. I have the 35 model but they shouldn’t be that different… stupid to downvote me for this.

That's a bit rich considering this is the QC45 which is 10 more numbers than 35.
          Not the same product.

          The 35ii is actually better.

Better tuned out of the box and can be used without ANC active.

Get the Sony XM4's instead, cheaper better sound and better noise cancelling

I was going to, but I tried them on for 10 mins in store and found that they were not as comfortable (higher clamping force and harder ear cups) and also the cups aren't deep enough and rub against my ears, seems to be a common issue. Got the QC45s instead. A shame because I liked the heavier bass emphasis of the XM4s.

XM4’s are averagely tuned and only barely salvageable with the app.
And (more importantly for ANC headphones) they’re uncomfortable for larger ears.

Throwing mine on FB marketplace tomorrow and grabbing these.

      • The QC45 has EQ settings via the "Bose Music" app. I turned up the bass and turn the treble down a touch.

If you're going to use the QC45 on a windows 11 laptop, I found that I had to go into windows audio settings to "disable enhancements". Otherwise it would sound markedly worse than the QC35ii. Couldn't figure out what was wrong, almost returned it because of that setting. QC35ii didn't have that setting. Must be a setting on the default windows driver.

    • XM4 are zero comfortable compared to Bose. If you use headphones for long hours they are a no-no
