Vitamin D3 is essential for Calcium absorption and essential for your immune system.

You may not expose your skin enough time under the sun to synthesise Vitamin D and you are also exposed to harmful UV rays. Beside your sunscreen will also reduce the amount of UV ray that hit your skin which means less Vitamin D can be synthesised or you need to be under the sun for longer time which is not ideal.

    Nothing to do with vitamin d which is measurable with a defined recommended range. Whereas the benefits of fish oil are questionable with studies yielding varied results and conclusions.

    Btw this is a great deal for local stock. Cheaper for the 5,000 iu from iHerb but only worthwhile if you spend enough for free postage.

    True, combined for both. I used my Afterpay offer for now.

    There are many other Vitamins on 1/2 price as well.
