Just rename your kids to "Anko" and buy all your stuff from KMart. Never worry about labels again!

      • "Anko is unco! Anko is unco!"

        Nice hack, but I'll pass.

I've ordered Hippoblue and Tinyme before. Based on my experience so far, the sticky labels are great for both brands, we only hand wash (don't own a dishwasher so can't comment on the wear from that) and both have stayed on for over a year without ever lifting. However I prefer the designs of Tinyme as they're much cuter/wider variety compared to Hippoblue. The iron on labels from Hippoblue are pretty crap however, they lift off the clothing after a few washes. I haven't tried Tinyme iron on labels to see if there's much of a difference. I've now resorted to using a fabric marker by Sharpie which I picked up from Woolies - easy to use but just a bit ugly as it's difficult to write neatly especially if your kids have a long name or depending on the size of the tag but it works.

    • I have both Tinyme and Hippoblue iron on labels and Tinyme ones are definitely better. They are matte and feel softer so it seems to stay on a bit better.

You could also try clothing stamps - they are a bit nicer than a Sharpie, but they are small so they might not be as visible depending on the size of whatever you're labelling, and also not as visible on dark clothes. Stuck On You has some but you can also get some much cheaper on AliExpress.

  • Any idea what letter is today please?

A-Z, basically it’s free, just pay the $5 shipping :)

  • Ah okay thanks. I saw this and as I don't use facebook thought I'd check before signing up if it doesn't cover the letter I need.

    Thanks OP
I have far too many labels now (between the Woolies ones & HippoBlue)… I'll probably give this a miss.

These look really nice and will go well with the other labels from the other week. I'll have enough to label everything, even the dog!
