We bought a full set inc mop and everything , imo great marketing but that’s about it…

    • Ohhh, that sucks. I've had rave reviews from mates - they swear by it. I'm yet to commit!

      • Lmao we got suckered in by ads and friends incessantly posting about it on social media. I don’t know any of them that still use it

Yep we got the mop as well. The water bottle cracked within 2 uses and from what I’ve read it’s quite common.

Contacted customer support and they just directed me to buy a replacement.

      I wouldn’t recommend this stuff.

      • Good to know, thanks

      • My first mop I had a bottle issue and the customer service was great and sent out a replacement straight away (maybe 6 months after purchase). Another issue with the mop is the handle cracks over time .. again customer service offered quite a decent discount (it was nearly 2 years old) and free shipping on a replacement. Though next time I think I might look into different options or a steam mop.

Have been a customer for a fair few years now and no complaints - if it does not get the dirt off the first time, spray and leave for a few minutes. Its not a miracle worker on baked-on stuff and you need to have realistic expectations and let the product do its job as you would any other.

    • Same here. Nothing special

  • I’ve got this and it’s fairly ordinary..
However if you have hardwood floors I would strongly suggest Bona mop and not Koh

    CHOICE verdict

Koh Universal Surface cleaner does an adequate job for light to medium cleans, but don’t expect it to be a miracle solution for heavier cleans on older stains and surfaces. We also found Koh failed to outperform water and a microfibre cloth for cleaning a stove top and shower screen.

    • I'd like to see the stove they tested this on.. in my experience Koh cleans a lot better than water 😕

I've been using it to clean mostly benchtops for about a month now and found it's pretty good. Can't vouch for any of the accessories as I haven't used them, but the liquid itself seems pretty good.

Downside is that technically it doesn't sanitize surfaces, but does lift crud up really well. I also like that it doesn't have any scent. Still on our first goon sack of it and haven't needed to order more yet
