  • So Dob gives you a free drink as well ?

    • +1

      Yes

  • Anyone noticed your respective stores have restocked by now since the first deal?

  • +7

Sorry but after this last deal from Bottlemart where they gave an irrelevant excuse of not matching on Tinder, I’ll not give out any personal details to another free booze deal again

      • This is the reason, I did not go for the mobile number 0411111111 when signing up for a mobile plan.

  • Should I Dob or Rob?

    • +2

We should Rob as many booze as we can since we’re thirsty from the Bottlemart deal

  • Um does dob mean you literally tell them your local doesn’t have it? The map basically shows you can’t get a schooner of it anywhere? Saw some venues in inner Sydney but nothing near me

    • +1

Weird how some of the dob venues are where you can claim the sc hooner if that's the case…

  • +3

Wow, 3 pretty crappy pubs in Sydney, in places you just never go. Not even worth the free beer.

    • Fortune of War isn't bad - but yeah agree the CBD pubs are fairly outskirts

  • Note to all: Select "Save for later" unless you are literally at a participating venue right now (or heading to one in 10 minutes).

It's a shocker of a beer, tastes like the drain in a fermenting cellar. It has a dirty, unpleasant taste and the glass stinks after you're finished. Wouldn't even drink it if it was free.

    • +2

Gave me a stomach ache. It’s got to do with whatever they’ve clear filtered it with, a lot of the time it’s lactose based

    Furphy "On-premise" …
I think what is meant is "On-premises".

A premise is "a proposition supporting or helping to support a conclusion."
"Premise" therefore has a completely different meaning than "premises" -it is not the singular form of the latter.
"Premises" is "land including a building etc".

The Palace Hotel refuse to honour this despite on the list. don't try, they no intend give out free schooner

    • In camberwell? I go there regularly for the free offers when they pop up and they always honour them. Maybe the manager was not in?

  • Absolutely horrendous experience trying to redeem this "offer". I have been to four different pubs; three said they don't even have Furphy Crisp (despite being listed as participating venues) and the manager at the fourth pub, Welcome Stranger, said I need to buy one first. When I showed him the T&C's, he said he didn't care and verbally abused me, then had security escort me out.

I contacted Furphy and Lion Co on Facebook, Instagram and their website, and they have read my messages and outright ignored them.

Trash promo from a trash company.
