The Oclean Z1 sonic toothbrush has a so-called blind zone detection. It tells you which teeth need more cleaning. This makes it comparable to the more expensive Oclean models, like the Oclean X Pro. The only difference is that the Z1 does not have a display. If you don't need that, you can still use the other features. Settings can be made via Bluetooth.   Can't speak for the Z1, but I'm using the X Pro Elite, and before that an older model with a touch display. Do not get any of the touch screen ones. On my old model I disabled the touch because when you rinse the handle or when you grab the handle, the touch screen will get activated and start doing things or change your presets. On the X Pro Elite, the touch can no longer be disabled so every time I use it I have to be extra careful not to touch it…

  Also, this may or may not apply to every model, but on the X Pro Elite, after updating to the latest firmware, the pressure sensor seems to have stopped working - every brush is a "01" (bad brush score).

  Still using my X Pro Elite for now as the battery life is very good, but I'll think twice when I upgrade next time.

  Also, I have the W1 (flosser), it works fine but not sure if it's by design or an issue, there is no data when I sync with the app.

  Overall, Oclean makes decent hardware (but avoid the touch screens), the software and syncing experience have been pretty average.
