    Doesn't work for me. I have a Kindle 3G (keyboard) that has just recently died a noble death and it says I am ineligible. Was originally bought from the US Amazon site, but I switched it over to the Aus store when Amazon launched here.

    If it’s not working, try email them, their customer service is good with fixing these kind of issues.

      I think many people (myself included) missed the "offer does not apply to products sold by third party sellers (including Amazon US) part of the conditions. Mine was bought from Big W many, many years ago.

          Whoa… then I really don't understand why mine doesn't work. After all, I've given all my money to Jeff and I think I single-handedly funded Bill Shatner's flight into space. The least he could do is give me $50 off a new Kindle.

            @cryptowiz: I think you just need to be logged in with the email your kindle is registered with for kindle store.

    Anyone having trouble…just go through their customer service team and they will apply the discount for your. Worked for me.

    ok followed the advice - wasted 35 minutes in chat with 2 representatives, involved sending them screnshot, troubleshooting steps sigin sign out, after all was told to buy for a full price and then get a refund,

    decided not to take chances

    Ok i tried it last few but the voucher did not work for me so i chased the customer support guys and they took a while but finally they provided me a $50 exclusive voucher and used it to get a standard kindle for $89
