Hi all! Was looking for a cheap but "OK" Mono Multifunction Laser Printer for my old man. The DPI for both printing and scanning looks good and the reviews seem fairly positive.

If you use Brother printer then you should really consider third party toner, not the genuine one.
Quite a number of people buy brother due to the lower cost of using after market toners.

Only reason I didn't buy that one was the DPI for printing was half of what I posted.
Fair enough. I needed one in a hurry and in stock. It's just for general domestic use.
On the flip side your one has double the DPI for scanning! Hahahah we can't fcken win! :p

bought a one last time promotion is 229.99. You still can find the local toner somewhere, bought the B226X00 / 6000 pages for 255.5
With this price, highly recommend getting a Brother MFC
