Thanks, also needed one of these!

Browsing the rest of the range too and wow … a case for the iPhone 4s. I’m surprised they kept them this long.

  • I've got the 4 items and it's still showing $15+ for postage. So I continued thinking the postage would come off right at the end but no. Now this order is sitting there awaiting payment.

  • Nice these are clear case type and can see ones SATA hard drive in case,.. though as I've bought a few in the past didn't realise that these are limited to 2TB's hard drives,.. let's check AliExpress prices were I usually get them from as Orico have their own shop on Aliexpress (last dealings with them wasn't pleasant)

Edit: $11.50 AliExpress Orico (supposedly 50% off sale) with very long long free shipping,.. so great deal here since posted from Australia with a lot lot quicker postage👍😁

    • My recent experience a few weeks back with Orico (Aliexpress) was brilliant. Delivered in under a week and tracked the whole way. Was surprised as generally I avoid Aliexpress. Either way, cheaper with this deal if you have 4 items to buy.

      • Same here but I do buy a lot from Aliexpress so ive had 3 issues out of 100s of orders with them (so i guess overall not a bad run), mainly to buy hard to find inexpensive small items, with Aliexpress Orico I've bought numerous stuff from them with no issues but my last transaction (of course had to the most expensive with them) upset me, basically item was stated delivered but never received at my pkace, did do a follow-up with Australia Post then out of the blue it arrived weeks and weeks later, it was a m.2 nvme in-closure which keeps over heating/crashing, just upset they were not helpful from the beginning when it got lost, well I've spent a lot money through them and expected a lot more better customer service, also Aliexpress online help chat has changed with some sort of robo online chat help which is annoying and one needs to use a trick to actually talk to a real person, I guess I've had same experience with eBay but one needs to be more savvy with Aliexpress over eBay, well certainly better buyer protection through eBay especially if one keeps to the 100% positive rated Aussie sellers

        • What's the trick to talk to a real person?

I've had a refund from a seller that has never made it out of the Aliexpress system to be issued to me & no joy with the robot chat despite many attempts over a long period of time.

        • Yeah, it's why I don't usually shop Aliexpress. Dreadful service and had to use Paypal for refunds due to non delivery. Ebay CS I find ok and easy to deal with on the rare occasion I have had to deal (as long as not in a rush to get refunded).

  • Any one found something similar for 3.5" drives (>2TB)?

    • @reubenb87 Here's an interesting one Seagate 3.5" SATA External USB 3.0 Hard Drive Case $24.44 free delivery
You will need a power cord though, which I think all 3.5" external cases require a
power cord as the USB connector cannot supply enough power to spin the disks.

      • Lol I have kept one similar to this from shucking drives, usually only need for a few minutes connected via USB before purposing the drives. Can't believe they are selling for $24.
A tool less one would be perfect, even if needing external power.

  • These don't work reliably with Raspberry Pi.
