    I turned USBC activist only for Bose & Apple. It's fans who turn up on all deals and make comments about the products having micro USB. But are absolutely fine with these brands. Brands like 1more, I respect them for being affordable at best technical quality.

  Forget 1more buds my wife and i both got ripped off after buying two pairs from a authorized seller, not this seller, both failed with 2 months and very little use if any and contacted 1more directly who gave us the major run around then the wouldn't reply to emails and ghosted the end wasted close to $400 bucks ive been waiting for my chance to let people about them don't buy them . didnt pay via paypal unfortunately.beware .

    Didn't Amazon help? I had issue with 1more anc tws. I was similarly having issues contacting 1more. I complained to Amazon support. They intervened and gave me refund.

      Unfortunately it wasn't via Amazon it was via from 1more retail store in Singapore and they also did nothing.
