To be eligible for the Everyday Rewards points offer, you must be a new Bupa customer.
To be eligible for this Offer from Bupa HI Pty Ltd (Bupa) and Woolworths Group Limited Woolworths), you must be (a) a new Bupa customer; (b) reside in Australia: (c) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy between 31 May 2022 and 18 July 2022, maintain this policy and make all required payments for 2 months (by direct debit or payroll deduction); (d) provide one Everyday Rewards membership number to Bupa within 30 days of joining; (e) provide the promotion code “Woolies22” on sign-up; and (f) provide a valid email address upon joining Bupa (Eligible Customer). Only one Everyday Rewards membership can be linked per Bupa policy.
