  I bought 6 Zuslab USB -> USB-C cables about 18 months ago, IIRC they were all in packs of 2.

  1 didn't work out of the packet.

  The next 4 lasted less than 12 months
  The last one went into e-waste 2 weeks ago, like the previous ones worked to start with, then intermittent then no charging.

  My n=6, YMMV

    I had the same issue half didn’t work, was promised replacements, they never came.

    They all eventually died within 6 months.
