Last time my transaction wasn’t tracked…
I got that issue so many times with shopback. The explanation is always "perhaps you had an adblocker on" even though I didn't. Gave up using them because of that problem.
Yeah you don't want to be buying something solely based on a shopback discount. Their tracking is shocking and something they have not resolved.

Damn most of those shirts are so disappointing.
They inserted an image and then put some text….
The best Uniqlo shirts wrap around the shirt and don't just have a image box.
Good ones will sell out. Those other ones will go to $4.90 but usually size L and lower. Still a good deal.
