scroll down the menu to the promo items. Don't add the standard burgers, it wont work. You need to add the one under the promo

You dont need to do either of those things, select Red Rooster, in the menu, the first page is Popular Items, and the next is Promo. Under Promo there's the option to add two burgers to the cart.
