  • Is this for existing customers as well?

    • Yes, I tried with my existing account and new account. Both worked.

      • Did you get the points straight away?

I paid on Sunday and nothing yet :/

Thanks for pointing it out, Didnt realised I havent purchased with my existing account

  • It says 5000 point for your first shop

    • Agree. It clearly states that on the banner.

My last purchase (first shop) in May did not track correctly and I had to follow up on it.

  • Where is the 15% signup offer?

    • You will receive an email with unique promocode after sign up.

      • Sweet - thanks

    I have used them before.
    Recommend it.

  • Take care guys. I've just been in lengthy email discussions with PetCulture today attempting to find out why shipping is added when I attempt to order for delivery to metro Adelaide - despite their advertising advising that I should be eligible for free shipping. While I can't get a straight answer, it appears that not all items "qualify" for free shipping. Thing is that I can't find a single item that does. Appears they are making the rules up as they go along. Also, in the string of evasive responses I received, they did mention "that if you select Auto-Delivery then you will be charged a subscription fee". Try finding that gem of information anywhere on their website. They advertise 10% off for auto-ship with no reference to additional charges. Worth taking a look at company reviews on various platforms. I've seen enough to make the decision to steer well clear - although I will send copies of the emails I received to Consumer Affairs "for info".
