Pretty much the title, we are a couple with 1yo, Our budget is under $10,000. The flights to Europe are bit expensive atm. Any help is appreciated.

Flights to Europe are about as cheap as they have ever been.
You might need to tell us what you like in a holiday?
Fiji is a good place to go with young kids if you like a poolside holiday.
I took my daughter to the French countryside for a fortnight when she was 1yro.Both great holidays, but very different!
Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, maybe Japan?
All great locations that can be a lot fun on a low budget.

You and me both. Have been looking at Italy but the flights are a little ridiculous.
Have you considered any of the pacific islands? Vanuatu is great for families. Rent a house and just chill.
Leave the kid with grandma and when the kid grows up just tell them you took them to Europe.

Can't imagine that going on a holiday with a 1y/o would be anyone.. for yourself.. or any of the other holiday go-ers around you.

We did Vietnam a few years ago with some friends who had a 4 year old. It was cheap, fun and we never felt unsafe (other than the first few initial road crossings).
For 3 weeks, it cost me and my wife about $3K including cheap flights on Air Asia excluding spending money.
spend 5k on finding a good babysitter, and use the other 5k to go Asia
