    The Heli would be closer to the Uber light down jacket as they're both more light weight down jackets and they both have a nylon shell so it's slightly better to wear in the rain

  This one is for spring or autumn. Doesn't help you in winter. Check the warmth rating before buying.

    how to check their warmth rating? i see even their puffiest ones still have 600 fill power. they cant all be the same warmth?

      Fill type, fill power and fill weight. The Macpac Halo will be much warmer as it has 2.5 times the amount of 600 fill power down in it compared to this one.
