I normally have a 100% track right, I used the app and still don't have tracking even though my order is ready for collection this morning.
FCL takes up to 2 days to track. If it doesn’t track by then, submit a missing cashback claim and dm GYB on it?
Cashback details said it won't track if used through the SB app.
Why?
Wait I’m lost here. Did you use the ShopBack app to purchase? Or did you use the FCL app? If it’s the latter it won’t track as it’s a separate app
