It is common for Amazon to price match retail stores, I wouldn't say it warrants the neg.
It is a better deal if this deal is online only, but it's a bit harsh to neg this deal.
This deal could be more useful to those with JB Hi-Fi gift cards or there's a store near their home/work.
The white model is $389 so that seems to be a better deal to me.

When comparing the 45's and XM4's , Comfort and sound was clearly a winner for me (IMO only)

normally neg is reserved for a bad deal, or a product so bad that its quality(or lack thereof) defeats the entire value.
