      Provided I understand this correctly, the disconnect is when the charger needs to renegotiate the power to each device when you attach a new one.

          It's a CN plug, hence why the rep does not want to address the first part of the original question. Whilst it does fit into an AU outlet, the pins are thinner and uninsulated, as well as the plug being upside down as you mentioned.

      It is only 220-240V input. So you can't use it as is in countries with 100-120V.

    OP, could you please comment if the model/version you are selling is newer, or the same as this Banggood deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/692007?

    The 2 extra AC outlets are also present on the Banggood model. They shouldn't be considered ports.

    Further feedback: You should fix up the brand name on the product listing page.
