    Great introductory price and I would love to move to an Aust host, but I'll stick with my $14.95 per quarter renewals for my reseller hosting. I think it's only 10Gb space but that is sufficient for my 4 websites.

    And before any1 responds asking for a referal I don't think the plan is available anymore since they were recently purcahsed by webintellects.com

      We do offer jailed SSH access on a specific port, but I don't think you can tunnel anything through it.

        the ability to tunnel all traffic over the ssh connection is a deal breaker.
        Please confirm whether that is possible or not?

          No. Absolutely not. We sell web site hosting services, not proxy services. It is against the AUP of most web hosts.

      i have an economy plus account and it supports ssh access (not port 443)

    My employer has very restrictive proxy in place.
    Only Port 80 and 443 allowed out.
    I am running an SSH tunnel now, but would prefer a local provider for speed reasons.
    I did not realise this was not a legit use of a hosting provider.
    I thought as long as the bandwidth was not exceeded this was fine.
    Any suggestions on a local, fairly economical solution.
