        Are they a registered charity?
        Given their constant sales, their prices are consistently less than retail, quite often the retail versions made overseas

        Trying to understand their business model, where their products are made in Australia, with relatively expensive Aussie labour yet they are always selling them at prices less than non Australia made products

          Family owned business - I think the owners are born in Ukraine which is cool - could be wrong.
          I think its a sign of the times like newspaper, adapt or fail.
          Going the cheap route you must sell more to make a profit, but if the qty is there you can make a killing.
          Going the expensive route you will have much less sales but higher profit per item.
          By going cheap, then throwing in the 'made in australia', 'last tannery' slogans indicates frustration with their branding / marketing
          If this company would market on facebook and spam on there, then yeah it'd work for sure - especially in the winter months!
          If I was them i'd try to team up with Aldi, or even sell to other countries with colder climates.
          Lol, yesterday I was at Aldi and found them trying to sell "Product of Australia" kiwifruit with 'Grown in NZ' on the small labelling - turns out if they are packaged in australia, you can classify them to be australian - government strikes again…

    So far, not so impressed.
    Seems like because I elected not to select a size/colour of baby boots (as I have no need, and would just go in the bin), that my order hasn’t been shipped awaiting response to that. So my express delivery doesn’t seem so express because of waste.
