Great comments from last time. TLDR: Reasonable casual shoe. Don't actually run with them (despite the name).

I like living life on the edge so going to run like Forrest.

    • how come 0_0

      • relatively thin stack both heel and front, also foam is not great, ok for short run yea.

    • +2

They will be okay for short runs

  • Thank you! Purchased.
This will be my fourth pair of Adidas sneakers in a row thanks to these Adidas eBay store deals.

  • What are their sizings like and width compared to new balance for example

  • thanks OP bought one with topcashback of 3%..hopefully it tracks

  • Any recommendation for 2e wide feet?

    • +18

      Flippers.

    • for running shoes? Hoka does a wide version for a lot of its shoes as does New Balance. Topo is also very good as is Altra

But you need to try them on as a Hoka wide might not be wide enough

      • +1

Hoka are four times the price , but feet health is important as you get older ✅

    • sameee

    • Brooks have a wide fit.

    • Anyone answering above comment - please also include 4e. Thanks.

Bought the all black from last deal. I've never had a worse quality shoe. It's flimsy, the material around the ankle flares badly, and I couldn't imagine running in these. Sort of ok if you need glorified house slippers, but not much more

    • Agreed

The glue on one of the soles just came off with minimal casual (non running) use. very poor

      • +2

Yeh I got them from last deal as well and they are very poor quality but they are only 38 dollars or so so want expecting much.

But like someone said, just buy a decent shoes instead of 3 or 4 or even 5 semi okay ones.

    • I think people are getting mixed up. I have fattish feet and give my shoes allsorts of grief.

I bought 15 pairs of shoes via Adidas store (including all their 'boosts' lines).

I only kept the "Energy Falcons". Returned all others.
No issues in 12 months (maybe took a while to wear in/ get comfy). Much better construction than the Run Falcon (which I returned).

I think people are mixing it up with the wrong falcon shoes!!

      • +2

Aren't these the Run falcons in this post?

        • Yes.
The good shows are the Energy Falcons.

Man the Kmart shoes do better than this junk. Honestly

    • +1

Which ones because there's lots of different Kmart sneakers?

Have to concur with other comments here. The last two Adidas runners I bought were so hard and uncomfortable I ended up returning them. My 1 year-old Nikes and Under Armours were more comfortable than the brand new Adidas.

  • YMMV but I 'tried' to order something from Adidas Australia eBay and they just didn't send it, at all. I messaged them and then cancelled the order a week later. They rejected the cancellation. Still never posted. Eventually the eBay time limit for getting an item kicked in and that was the only way that I finally received my refund. Crazy that they just did not want to send me the item.

Any replies from them was always really late so I don't trust they are located in 'Australia'. But who knows, maybe I was unlucky but never again for me.

    • Similar experience here except they cancelled and then sent the shoes anyway and then told me I was mistaken when I tried to return them and then never got back to me.
I guess I cannot complain about getting free shoes but their service is questionable.

Hahaha run falcon living up to their name in the comments - falcons don't run well at all…

    • run as well as a falcon flies
      run falcon
      by adidas

      • +2

This is english as a second language logic

    • Clearly you fly with these shoes

    • If you wanted to run like any bird, the Ostrich is the one you want to be. They can run a marathon in 45 minutes!

      • This is australia buddy - we have no 1st amendment and our Ostrich is an EMU

        • I'd back our Emu's any day Andy….

        • This is australia buddy

Adidas is a German company… This might be news to you, but can be interested in things that exist outside Australia.

and our Ostrich is an EMU

An Ostrich is not an Emu, they are completely different species. And the Ostrich is a lot faster than an emu, it is the fastest running bird in the world, which was the point that you missed when you decided that you're only ever allowed to talk about things from Australia in a post about German running shoes…

Be mindful it's pain to return or cancel the order … Recently bought one with wrong size, then tried to cancel after 5mins , then next day or 2 told can't cancel, ……

  • I wear this model when exercising. The shoes are very light and have good shock absorption.

  • Good for doing the gardening in or walking to the shops. Rubbish for running or any long term use.
