Not a bad deal for the Buds Pro..

    Buds Pro - $179.40

They're also selling the 65W Power Adapter Trio for $69.30 so not a full $99 savings.

The HN deal for the Buds Pro gives you a $60 gc as another option - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/705161

    • I would still recommend to get a different earbud.
      Trash fit.
Left died, right ear bud kept slipping out no matter what I did.
died 2 months outside warranty and Samsung demanded $320 to fix it.

      • Which ones are a trash fit the pros or the bud 2's? because, everyones ear is different and i hated the pros, but love the bud 2's.

        • +1

The pro was the trash fit, even my friends that have it said the same thing with the left earbud
No matter what I did it just kept falling out.
You are a braver person than I, it swore me off Samsung audio products

          • @fadeinthemix: Yeah so we're in agreement the bud pros suck from a fit perspective (at least for us)… but as I said, really liked the bud 2's. More than my jabra elite 75ts and airpod pros.

            • @GuniGuGu: It was just the entire experience about it, didn't even last 14 months for a $300 product and then had the nerve to send me a text for a $320 repair bill for it.
The anker liberty 3's blew me away at half the price, can't speak highly enough about the product for the price.

  • How are the Bass on Samsung Buds Pro compared to Sony WF-1000XM3?

A power adapter used to be free once-upon-a-time until Apple had another inspired moment to start charging for 'em. Ahhh, Apple, the equivalent of HN of the tech world. Hooray!

    • They should be charged for charging for a charger.

So I bought this to charge my S22 Ultra (in the hope that the 45w charging offered by this would lead to faster charging times whilst using the phone and not just left with the screen off) and it literally charges it SLOWER than the 25w charger I'd bought previously. Beyond the convenience of a charger that has 3 ports and won't burn your house down, there's no reason to be excited by this.

    • Do you happen to use the USB-A port of the charger? Coz that's limited to 15W if I'm not wrong (that's the only way it can be slower than your previous 25W charger honestly). I'm using a 100W GaN charger with a C to C cable (capable of 100W) and my S22 Ultra always charges at 45W (it should show Super Fast Charging 2.0 on the screen).

  • I don't need the wall charger. Give me $99 off the price 🤦‍♂️
