If you're looking for more affordable options - try selecting "Flexible dates" that will show all available vehicles and Model 3s are prices from $120 to $400 per day depending on the variant, location and availability. The more expensive versions are usually Long Range and Performance, which are not available through Hertz at all.
I looked at the prices on the website and thought $200-$300 a day for a new Tesla was pretty pricey, but when I compared to hertz it cost over $200 a day (plus insurance) just for a Suzuki swift.
