Sure can. The TS-WX130DA ultimately acts as a mono amp according to the head unit. So it'll be able to connect, and perform no sweat.

  Why would you? Aerpro has the parts to make any of these units fit in any car, as long as the car has enough room to fit a double din unit. I.e. a 1996 Mirage cannot fit a double din unit… a Nissian Xtrail can.
