  I highly doubt eBay is going to allow listings to have a blue tick saying "Direct from Samsung" if its not the real Samsung. As per comment above from huey, I think it must be that Samsung's customer service is not the greatest, whether on eBay or on their own website/portals so people probably think its a fake account.
