Currently hunting for a new washing machine and came across this one. Samsung store has it listed for $949, so a pretty decent saving with Appliances Online. Reviews of the machine are positive as well.

For anyone purchasing, I recommend getting on to their live chat so that they allocate stock and get back to you with a delivery date. If you just go through the normal purchase method, the system defaults the delivery date to mid-September, even though stock is due to arrive next week.

Had my Samsung machine repaired under warranty today - it was a good experience overall, they repaired it with no fuss. Did have to wait two weeks for them to order the part though.

i have and had samsung washing mashing both top and front load… well pretty much good… but they need to be regularly washed/ self cleaned after a while of washing
Recently bought this machine. Does everything I could want a washer to do. Only annoying thing is that it won't stfu when the laundry is done, playing an orchestra length tune at a way too loud to ignore volume.

I purchased this washing machine on Sunday from AO for $729 as my current one broke down. It was very convenient with free delivery, connection and removal of old washing machine. The price dropped the following day as their EOFY sale started and they were kind enough to refund me $79. I didn’t post it on Ozbargain as it showed ETA on stock to be mid September.
This is exclusive to AO retailer, and is better than the commonly available ww85t554daw (on sale for $796). The difference is this model has super spin and VRT+.
What is super spin and VRT? I got the ww85t554daw 6 months ago. I could not find any information on Samsung's website.

It's cheapest at Retravision, bought it a couple of weeks ago with 10% off RAC member thingy. $598 before any discounts, delivery $44, got into Australia today. Also 2 years warranty with 11 years inverter warranty. Moving from Bosch to Samsung due to price factor, keeping fingers crossed.
Are you sure Retravision is the same model number? I also bought it from Retravision a few months ago and it is of a different model number and it doesn't have VRT+ and super spin (not sure what all that means as I can't find any info on Samsung website).

You're right it's a different model, specs seem to be the identical though but slightly pricier on AO. I wonder which is better.
Yes Retravision one doesn't have super spin, VRT+ (vibration reduction technology - extra, I guess you MAY need this for the super spin?) and you can't stop the cycle halfway to add powder, soap, clothes etc.
By the way, since you've had the machine for a few months, how are you liking it?
I got this for my elderly parents. I like it that they only have to press 3 buttons for it to start. Very simple for them to use. I was tempted to get them automatic dosing but it's new technology and hasn't been trial and tested on the market. I have a Samsung direct drive front loader for over 10 years and it has been fantastic but this one is not a direct drive. Will see if it last the distance. I can't comment on the noise level while spinning as I am not there after I have pressed the start button.
my current samsung front loader broke (looks like the spider arm broke) after 6.5 years. Eyeing on this.

I placed the order on 27th June. I tried to talk to their support. While the support team mentioned that the orders should be shipped mid-july, the team member today suggested that it will be at least 6-8 weeks. I'm honestly quite pissed off cause I could have ordered an in-stock item but based on their suggestion, I picked this one. And now I have no clue when i will get it.
