100,000 bonus CommBank Awards points or 70,000 Qantas Points when you apply for a new CommBank Ultimate Awards credit card by 31 October 2022 and spend $5,000 on eligible purchases using your new card within 90 days of activation.

Opt-in to earn Qantas Points for $30 per year
Earn up to 1.2 Qantas Points per dollar spent with Ultimate Awards for spend up to and including $10,000 in a statement period
Your Qantas Points won’t expire when you earn or redeem Points at least once every 18 months

Fees:
Monthly Fee $35 - $0
Pay no monthly fee if you spend at least $2,500 in your statement period and choose to receive online statements.*

Qantas Points opt-in fee $30 per year

    Embossed orientation dot on card to assist customers who are blind or have low vision differentiate it from others

    I thought this was just a card misprint with the weird dot. Cool idea but I'd say the inbuilt chip is just as easy to find with your eyes closed

      I knew it was deliberate but thought braille would require more than one dot lol.

      Also have a Suncorp card with two dots.

    Normal earn rate is 0.4.

  I tried to apply and got rejected and offered a simple card with only max $1k limit.

  I must have entered something wrong in the process….

  anyone got any experience applying?

  I have put down $200k+ salary / $2000k monthly out going … perhaps forgot to put down enough assets?

    Similar thing happened to me, but got offered a 5k card. I submitted a compliant about the misleading process, i almost didn't realise it was a different card, and didn't want that card since it didn't suit my needs. Anyway within a few days i had a case manager and now the ultimate card is in the mail. Terrible process though!

    It's showing that I'm opted into Qantas now. It just took a little bit to update after I activated the card.

  How long did it take for most of you to receive your card in the mail after conditional approval? Do they also happen to have a digital card whilst waiting for physical card? I applied Friday and I've got a big purchase awaiting but the promo expires on the 31st so I'm eager to get it within the week before my time runs out D:

    You only need to have applied for the card before the end of the promo period. My car arrived in a week. No digital card.

    3 days to check my payslips and proceed to full approval. You could potentially call and hurry that along if you're still waiting. Once full approval was done, the card arrived maybe 3 days later. No digital card while you wait unfortunately.
