CyberPower 8 Outlet Power Board with 2 USB $26.10 Delivered/ QLD C&C + Surcharge @ Computer Alliance

CyberPower CPSURGE08USB-ANZ surge suppressor is ideal for safeguarding your home theater and IT equipment from damage caused by electrical surges. The outlets with MOV technology guard the connected electronic equipment against power irregularities and lightning strikes, while EMI/RFI noise filtering reduces frequency interference, effectively improving picture and sound quality in audio/video systems.

Look, it has good to bad reviews - not sure what gets more of an overall bad reputation between this mob (Cyberpower) and Heymix, I personally have one from the last ebay deal where it had a free battery bank but tbh I have been hesitant to install.

1% surcharge on card and PayPal payments.

One of the more recent deals got a fair few updoots so thought it was worth a share as this has FREE DELIVERY.

    • yep , gets upvotes with members who have had no issues though sooooooo

This model has been in circulation for ages - so can't be THAT bad.

      • I use my tv on it- been fine

effectively improving picture and sound quality in audio/video systems.

With HDMI cables pretty much the standard these days and transmitting a digital signal, this powerboard will not improve picture quality. Utter nonsense. Even on an analogue signal I fail to see how this would help.

fwiw i just copied and pasted direclty from C/A listing - which is prob also copy paste from cyberpower lol

  • "Response Time (ns) < 1"

    Seems fine to me!

  • Considering how bad the reviews are for these on past deals, why on earth do people keep posting it?

    • +1

i guess probably the same as why people keep posting heymix deals

  • Can't see any specs for the USB ports.
