I have been with them for few times. No issue at all.
I use them and have never had an issue.
I have been using this plan for the past 5 months but just jumped onto telstra 5g home internet. Telstra is significantly faster for me, with lower latency (20ms vs 30-40ms). I was also a bit sick of the long wait times for support and the generally rubbish support - we've had several days over the past few months with regular dropouts, which has made the internet unusable. Apparently this is due to tower maintenance - to be fair, the Optus status checker backs this up, but Optus, telstra and others give you credit when your internet is non- functioning. Spintel on the other hand, just refer you to optus and tell you there's nothing they can do, and don't give you any compensation. I say if you want 5g go with a major provider, they're about the same price anyway. Also if you sign up, expect to get a beaten up used modem that's been returned by someone else, not a new one
exactly what happened to me. First 4-5 month was constant drops and tower issues. I was sick of it and worst part I dont have time to call them every time and it was 1 year contract so cant get out.
Shaped to 256kbps after 500GB. If you're a high data user, maybe not this plan…
The 4G plan is limited to 500GB, the 5G plans are unlimited.

Hmm… will passAny idea why all the 5G plans from the major telcos say they are unavailable at our address but our Telstra and Optus phones at home have 5G with excellent speeds?
