      You might as well comment that you’re waiting for inflation to go back down so that your purchasing power stabilises, and you start to feel more confident about spending on consumer goods

    I have a S2721DGF and was waiting for a good deal to get a second same monitor. But this S2721QS price is so good though! I'm not fully across the differences, but does anyone know if these 2 monitors will go nicely side-by-side for work/spreadsheets (and occasional CS:GO on one)?

            @teslacoil33: I figured that for work, these wouldn't matter – probably just need to ensure colour temperatures are equal. And will use the one with higher resolution and refresh rate for games/videos.

      Student code listed on the first page works, but ends up at $306 still above the $300 tax threshold.

    is the dell 27 for $299 a good monitor compared to the older 4k samsung 28" UE590? i can see the response time is 4ms vs the 1ms on my current samsung, is it even much of an upgrade?

      I was wondering that myself as I wanted two of them, so I decided to try two seperate orders.

      It seems to have worked as both orders have been confirmed at $298.30 each. I used the same billing and shipping address as well as PayPal for both orders.

      Plenty of monitor arms can handle two 27" monitors. Just make sure when you're buying one that it lists that it can handle 27" screens. Weights not really he issue these days.

      It is. I just ordered a S2721QS to add to my existing one.

      I’ve also ordered this monitor arm:

      Other monitor arms have arms the independently swing, but this one is a ‘crossbar’ style. The benefit is that you can back your desk right up against the wall, and adjust the separation of the monitors along the arms, so they sit perfectly side by side. Can also do tilt, etc. to get a nice surround feel.

      The other ones with independent arms sometimes need to ‘fold backwards’ a little to get the monitors perfectly side by side, which means you need to pull your desk away from the wall a bit. So it all depends on what you’re after. I’ll always want my monitors to be side by side, so the crossbar style is perfect for me!

      EDIT: The VESA mount on these monitors is recessed, so you need to get a monitor arm with VESA plates that are small enough to fit in the recess, or get spacers to offset so that the VESA mount can sit flush with the surface.

      The monitor arm I linked above has a mounting plate that is small enough to sit inside the recess.

    Interested in the 240hz monitor for gaming on PC. Sucks that PS5 doesn't support 2K. Just wondering if I get a 4K monitor am I able to play games on PC at 2K (I want more FPS) and will it look normal like it would on a 2K monitor?

    The 240z monitor drops to $664 with just the "BDVULAT5" code. Applying the other one as well bumps it up to $697

    After reading some people having issues with it (monitor turning off by itself, dying early etc), I think I'm going to pass

    Got the AW3821DW from the ebay deal. Amazing monitor. Best I've owned and the screen realestate is great (coming from a 34" widescreen monitor). I play in a well lit room so don't think I will see noticeable difference to OLED, rather have a bigger screen for $400 cheaper
