      OP is talking about redeeming the 10% off offer on items not excluded from the offer (e.g. groceries) and then paying the remaining amount owed using discounted gift cards purchased through the Woolworths Group gift card portal.

      The FAQ you have copied and pasted merely states that you will not be able to use the 10% offer in a transaction if you are buying gift cards (and/or the other items listed) in a transaction at Woolworths.
