Xbox Live Gold 3-Month is currently 71% off at $11.29 at CDKeys.
I bought 3 of these at a total cost of $33.87.
When entering the codes into my Microsoft account, in total it converts to Game Pass Ultimate for 5 Months and 1 Week.
My subscription expired on 22/10/22, now it expires on 30/03/23.
My subscription is still current and I did not necessarily want to have to go through VPN's etc. to get a deal.

    Thanks for the heads-up. I was only able to grab two of the passes rather than three, but still great pricing for the extension (being in the same boat as yourself of not wanting to wait until my subscription expires and doing the VPN shuffle).

    Also note you can get an extra month per 3 month code if you opt in to recurring billing when redeeming (then just turn off again before redeeming the next code).

    I followed a guide to do this a few weeks ago - bought 9 x 3month cards and redeemed for a total of 36 months. Then used the $1 convert to Xbox Game Pass and now I have Ultimate until August 2025!

      Thanks for the tips. One question though - is there supposed to bve a prompt when renewing to opt-in for recurring billing? I didnt get any such prompt. Went manually into my account>subscriptions and turned it on. Have not seen any additional month though?

        It has to be turned off when you go to redeem the code.

        When redeeming the code via the Microsoft website on a computer there was a check box to say 'opt in for recurring billing to get a free month', or words to that effect.

          My 8th code has got me the till 15 Mar 2025, but then it prevented me from redeeming the ninth code, saying

          Hold off extending this right now
          You've reached the limit of how far you can extend a subscription. Depending on the product it could be 2-5 years.

          Do you have any idea what is causing this?

            @davidl820: Maybe because extending by another 3 months (plus the free extra month) would take you to 3 years and 1 month from now. You can only stack xbox live for up to 3 years.

            Wait til 15 July for that last code and you should be good to redeem!

      Yes, you would get 9 + 3 months (if you turn on and off the recurring billing then it would give you one free month each time when you redeem the 3 month cards).

    I just did 8 at once (4 orders of 2).

    Went from expiring on 4th August 2022 to 19th September 2023 (13.5 months)
    approx. $6.70/month.

    It was just billing me monthly and I can't be bothered expiring and VPNs at the moment, so this was good enough.

      No worries.
      This was the best I could do as an existing, non expired (not wanting to expire) Game Pass Ultimate member.
      I also didn't want to mess about with VPN's etc.
      This cost me $33.87 for 5 months, 1 week vs $95.90 for 6 months at full price.
      I am pretty happy with that discount considering I didn't have to go to much effort.

    so dont ask me how i did it but i was looking the other day for cheap ultimate passes.

    1) VPN into Turkey - select 3 Month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (Turkey) AU$16.59
    2) Turn off VPN and select 3 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership Card (Xbox One/360) AU$11.29
    3) Purchase via paypal.

    my order went through.. i hope the turkey code works.

    I added mine to my Microsoft individually, i.e. 1 x 3 month code, 1 x 3 month code and then the last 1 x 3 month code.
    I purchased the next code after adding each code though.

    Bought 11 of these. Now I'm set until May 2025.

    My initial 3yr GamePass/Xbox Live conversion was getting close to running out so great timing.

    146 bucks for 572 days, Great deal! Can only see the price of Gamepass increasing in the future.

    Maybe i can fit another 1 or 2 codes in to hit the max 3yrs.

    My current sub expires on 11/7/22 and I bought one code to test which now showed 9/2/22 which I believe it's 2nd of Sept and it is not 3 months. Also i turned on recurring bill but did not get 1 extra month, any ideas ? I added another code and it said:
    Redeeming your Prepaid Xbox Live Gold 3 Month code will automatically convert to a shorter duration of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and will be added to your current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account.       Because your plan is ultimate already. Microsoft has a policy where if you redeem a gold card over an account which has a ultimate plan active then it convert into ultimate pricing hence reducing the total duration of your membership rather than just adding it.

      To avoid this, let your membership expire and re-do the process of gold to ultimate trick. Or open up new account

    Did anyone else have their 3 month card convert into 2 months?
    I've only bought 2 so far and it's only extended it 4 months (still better than the monthly payments tho)

      You're buying Live Gold, not Game Pass Ultimate.

      3 months of Live Gold converts to 52 days of Game Pass Ultimate, so this deal works out to be 21 cents per day, compared to the standard GPU price of ~50 cents a day (assuming billed monthly at $14.95).

      I usually redeem MS reward points from searching on Bing etc for 3 months of live gold for 15,000 and then covert to GPU. That is about $15 value in Xbox gift cards, so this is a better deal.

    Thanks for this - I didn't want to do the VPN thing, and have just extended our GPU up to July 2025.

    Also it appears that you can only buy 2 of these at a time, but it allows you to make repeat purchases so all good.

    I didn't have to change country. I got the CD Keys codes, logged into the MS account, wen to the subs section to see my current valid GPU sub, and then added the codes
