Me too. 3 hrs or so to get $100 gift card on overpriced items not worth it
I was there at 5:30am and was 35th in line, which grew very quickly. Each person (first 100) got this big free cooler bag and in it was $100 GC and water, hat, snacks, goodies… so we got a few hundred all up.
There’s a Nova 96.9 stall outside where you throw 3 balls into 3 bins and you get $20 GC if you get it all in. We bagged so many gift cards from that alone.
You my friend, deserve every 'penny'. Solid effort #OzBgoals
When they handed out the gc did you have to stay until 8am for the opening or did you leave immediately?
you can leave but everyone stayed because why not - the opening was huge and there was so much to see and enjoy

@I Smell Pennies: Im not against that. Just saying lucky you, you have too much time on your hands.
But queing from 5am for $100 is not worth it really, especially if you have a really high hourly pay rate on a sunday or can afford wasting half a day of quality time with family
