Today marks my OzBargain one year anniversary! I know there may have been some hiccups with some OzB users and I didn’t mean to cause any intentions to do so. Apologies for this and let’s start fresh moving forward. Hopefully I’ve helped some ppl to save and with their cashback queries

Special Terms

      Unfortunately not. Menulog is very strict on code use. Please note the order will track, however they will decline it at reconciliation time. Cheers.

    Is it okay to order from restaurants that have 10% off or free delivery etc. listed directly in Menulog? Pretty sure this okay, but it's technically a discount I guess.

        American Express does not provide that level of granularity in their reporting as part of their contract for businesses marketing offers. It's a total bluff.

        "AXP does not provide the Platforms access to your Eligible Card account number or to any of your other PII that you registered on the Registration Pages. Instead, to facilitate your participation in the Program, AXP creates a unique identifier that does not contain your AXP account number, which serves to identify you to the Platforms as an American Express customer possessing a Connected Card (“UID”).     Cashrewards has 0 codes listed and my Menulog account has 3 free delivery codes(I am guessing most people have them)

    @tightarse would it stack or using them would make me ineligble for cashback?

      If it is the same 3 codes I have, they are for pick up orders.

      Cashback is eligible on delivery orders only.

          through Chrome extension, even though it was showing 4.2%. A few minutes later, I went to check my click history to see what I was going to get, and my email came through showing I had $10. For what it's worth, the extension is now showing 50% even though I clicked through at 5:15pm on 4.2%.

    still waiting for my first good Menulog delivery experience. Ordered food…see it's on the way, start prepping side meal. Food gets delivered to wrong address……….

    Chat to Customer Support, get offered $25 voucher "as a valued Menulog customer" Turns out this is their way of refunding

      Good luck. Menulog is okay about 1/4 of the time. The rest of the time you just pray your food shows up at all.

      We basically use it whenever there is a promo and that's about it.

      The worst part is their customer service, it's literally a battle to get a refund every time. I'm no fan of Uber but you just click a few buttons and it's automatic.

    This was my very first MenuLog order.

    One sloppily packed Ribs "shredded"(???) Roll in a plastic bag and not 'tamper-sealed'.

    But hey ML doesn't have prompts to tip…

    @tightarse can you please help resolve an issue. I've contacted your customer service team and all they said was Menulog didn't pay us so we can't pay you - quoting "Cross-Device Disapproved".

    I would never make such a mistake to purchase from another device, and frankly makes no sense as how can the transaction get tracked if through another device. Hope you can resolve.
